You'll be notified to confirm your appointment 72 hrs in advance to your scheduled service. In the event of an unconfirmed appointment I will contact you to confirm the date and time. If you are unreachable 48 hrs prior to your appointment, it will be subject to cancellation. If you need to cancel your confirmed appointment please allow 24 hrs notice. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a non refundable fee equal to 50% of the amount of the missed service fee.
